The hotel is conveniently located just an hour and a half from Shanghai. the gym and pool are well-maintained and there is an exemplary spa with professional service. Food is excellent and the rooms are comfortable.

The bar is a little sparse and unwelcoming and lacks ambiance. the Chinese restaurant was not open when I visited, and the coffee bar/restaurant had a limited menu for lunch.

staff, as usual in this hotel, firstly I showed them my reservation, where was no deposit, they said ok, during check out I found, that they took deposit from my credit card without my consciousness !!! ,manager of the hotel told me, that they though credit card is not mine but of booking. Crazy, manager dont know how it works.Sauna has max 65 degrees - weird. Location, in the middle of nowhere.

We stayed in this hotel during our trip and we were impressed by the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. We also enjoyed the good value for money breakfast and tried both the buffet and restaurant during our stay. The hotel was easily accessible and had accommodations for wheelchair users.

Complementary drinks and snacks were offered in the room upon arrival which was a nice touch. The hotel had a great view of the city and was located near a shopping mall which was convenient for last minute Christmas shopping. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The hotel lacked Christmas decorations and the atmosphere felt dull and uninviting. The staff were not very friendly and seemed uninterested in providing satisfactory service.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. the luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities made us feel truly special. the swimming pool was clean and inviting and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service in the restaurant, which could have been a bit more attentive. this did not detract from our wonderful experience at this hotel and we would absolutely recommend it to others.

Located in the suburbs and close to a convention center, this hotel may not be near restaurants, but has a small bar area. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with window that opens and comprehensive amenities including hairdryer, slippers and free shoe cleaning. Breakfast and buffet dinner offer a good mix of international and Chinese choices. Staff is very friendly and professional, and the spa is an exemplary treat.
